Kachhi Ghodi Dance

This dance form is performed on dummy horses by the men wearing beautiful traditional costumes with embellishments and mirror work. Kachhi Ghodi Dance in Rajasthan is originated from the bandit regions of Shekhawati and is generally performed for the entertainment of the bridegroom’s party. Kachhi Ghodi Dance is always performed by men in elaborate costumes,red turbans, dhotis and Kurtas with Uncovered weapons in their hands. Kachchhi Ghodi dance, also spelled Kachhi Ghodi and Kachhi Gori, is an Indian folk dance that originated in the Shekhawati region of Rajasthan. It has since been adopted and performed throughout the rest of the country.
